Our guarantee return policy to refund is thirty (30) days from the date when the item was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new unused condition and in its original manufacturer’s packaging. Any returned item that is used, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition will not be refunded.
To start your return, request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from your account dashboard or our contact support page. Any returned item without an authorized RMA number on the package will not be accepted.
Please allow up to seven (7) days to review and process your refund. The refund amount will be applied back to your original method of payment. We will notify you via your account dashboard or by email when your return has been processed.
The shipping cost to return package back to us is customer’s responsibility. The original shipping charge to send package to customer is nonrefundable.
